The opportunityAs the Information Management and Technology (IMT) Senior Change Management Specialist you’ll work within a small team of change professionals within IMT to design, lead and deliver cyber enterprise-wide change initiatives impacting people, processes and systems, while supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
The key focus of this role is contributing to the Cyber for CSIRO (CFC) program, an organisation-wide cyber security initiative, by leading change activities including stakeholder engagement, communication and capability development to drive adoption and embed sustainable outcomes.
Working closely with IMT executives, service owners, and project teams, the role requires strong expertise in navigating complex change, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and ensuring robust governance, reporting and delivery of change outcomes across CSIRO.
High-level duties includeLocation and office arrangements: All Australian capital cities with CSIRO sites considered.
Salary: AU$135,571 – AU$158,863 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation
