Project Support Officer – TSPV Cleared | 12-Month Contract

Compas is seeking an experienced APS6 Senior Project Support Officer to support complex project and program delivery across planning, coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive project professional with strong administration, scheduling and governance experience in secure environments.

Location: ACT or VIC
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 2 x potential 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV clearance required
Closing Date: Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 10am

Essential Tasks:

Coordinate project and program documentation, administration and support activities.
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, reporting and quality management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational and administrative matters.
Maintain project financial records and support capability advice under direction.

Key Criteria:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Support Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or SAFe.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and other software applications.
Ability to support measurement, methods/tools and quality management activities.
