As the Account Administrative Assistant supporting JLL's global property services contract with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across one of the most complex and geographically diverse property portfolios in Australia. Based in Canberra with our account leadership team, you'll coordinate essential contract management and governance functions while providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. Your work will directly contribute to successful service delivery across DFAT's 100+ diplomatic missions spanning approximately 90 countries, encompassing over 1,200 properties including embassies, chanceries, offices, and residences.
