Contracts Administrator

We are currently looking for 2 x seasoned Contract Administrator to join our team on projects shaping the future of Canberra across industrial, residential, and education sectors. You will collaborate with experienced Project Teams to bring those projects to life.

• Support procurement strategy, ensuring seamless delivery each project.
• Manage Head and Subcontract variation to keep projects running smoothly.
• Take charge of subcontractor and supplier claims process in line with subcontract and HCA systems.
• Manage contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
• Compile monthly reports with the team to monitor progress and achieve goals.

Proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly major building developments.

• Completed Construction Degree
• 3-6 years commercial experience on site
• Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction software (training provided)
