About the role:

We are seeking elevated full‑time Client Advisors to join our incredible new Scanlan Theodore Canberra Boutique. Our Client Advisors will work closely with Management and the Boutique team, building rapport with our clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional client experience.

This role will:
  • Maintain a high level of client service and experience
  • Welcome and engage with clients, establishing connections to generate brand loyalty
  • Support the Boutique management team to increase productivity rates and achieve seasonal budgets
  • With support from the Boutique management team, develop product knowledge to support with client interactions
  • Support the Boutique team to efficiently pack online (Ship from Store) orders
  • Support the execution of Visual Merchandising standards according to Scanlan Theodore guidelines
Who you are:
  • Previous client facing or customer service experience in a relevant industry, previous retail experience is advantageous
  • Flexibility of work including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
  • Minimum availability of three days per week across Monday to Sunday, inclusive of one weekend day
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to exercise initiative
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • A brand ambassador
