Job Advertisement: Administration & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Green Facility Management, Mitchell
Employment Type: Casual to start with and then Full-time
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administration & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle accounts reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Use Xero accounting software for invoicing, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinate and manage work orders from initiation through to completion.
Liaise professionally with clients and contractors via phone and email.
Schedule jobs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Previous experience using Xero is essential as well as Microsoft.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with account reconciliation and financial administration.
Work order management or service coordination experience preferred.
Confident dealing with clients and contractors over the phone.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
