Retail Manager (Full-Time) – Ausgreen Solar Solutions, ACT 2609 Job Summary Ausgreen Solar Solutions is a retail solar energy solutions provider located in ACT 2609, specialising in the sale of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency products for residential and commercial customers. The business is known for delivering quality renewable energy solutions, professional customer service, and tailored advice to support households and businesses transitioning to clean energy. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the retail showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance including sales operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
Manage and deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring all enquiries and complaints are handled professionally and effectively.
Recruit, train, supervise, and support retail staff to maintain a productive and high-performing team.
Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and analyse financial reports to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to increase revenue.
Manage stock levels, coordinate product ordering, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of solar products and accessories.
Analyse market trends and customer demand to support product selection, pricing decisions, and sales planning.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and retail operational standards.
Maintain strong coordination with installation and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer service delivery.
Identify operational risks and implement strategies to improve efficiency and overall business performance.

What We're Looking For

Relevant qualification
Minimum one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in retail or technical product sales
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Willingness to learn technical product knowledge in the solar energy industry
