About the roleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our SaaS and MSP clients — building strong relationships, keeping clients happy, and finding opportunities to help them get more value from our cloud-based solutions. You’ll join our Canberra team and work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Product colleagues to deliver a great client experience.
What you’ll doClient relationships & success
Build and nurture relationships with your assigned clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
Be the go-to contact for enquiries — resolving issues promptly and keeping satisfaction high.
Gather client feedback and make sure it reaches the right people internally.
Growth & account management
Spot opportunities to grow accounts, and manage contract renewals proactively.
Manage sales opportunities from first conversation through to close, including proposals and presentations.
Keep client records accurate, and track account performance to suggest improvements.
Stay across industry trends and the Australian SaaS market to find new opportunities.
Collaboration, events & communication
Work with Marketing, Product and Support to deliver a seamless client experience.
Keep clients informed about service updates, new offerings and relevant trends.
Represent F1 Solutions at Australian tech events and build new connections.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence using CRM systems and everyday office software.
An interest in cloud-based software and how it helps clients succeed.
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS and/or MSP account management or client relationship management.
A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market.
