Our client, a Federal Government agency focused on policing, investigating crime and protecting national security, require the services of multiple Senior Business Analysts.

Duties of the Senior Business Analyst

Understanding business processes & determine business requirements for systems;
Provide leadership & direction to ensure a high-level of integration & consistency across the business analysis function;
Manage the design & execution of business process tests, usability evaluations, networks & business trials, confidence tests;
Advise stakeholders & colleagues on the choice of techniques, tools & processes required for modelling & analysis activities & tasks;
Analyse very complex ICT business issues, applying expertise to identify & recommend courses of action;
Assess & evaluate ICT business improvement processes, strategy, initiatives, projects, policies & procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in BPMN Process Modelling or equivalent standards;
Experience in an agile / Scrum & Waterfall delivery methods;
Ability to modernise technology foundations & applications, & increasing the cyber-security position of the organisation;
Ability to evolving internal processes to navigate the development & deployment of emerging technologies;
Ability to enhance collaboration with academic institutions, police forces & the technology sector to understand technological challenges & opportunities to strengthen law enforcement capabilities.
