Role Overview
In this client-focused role, you will build and nurture trusted relationships, deliver holistic financial advice, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. You will understand the clients’ goals and collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate strategies based on end goals
• Meet and hopefully exceed relevant internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Identify and pursue new client and business opportunities
• Meet the legislative, licensee and compliance requirements
• Comply with internal policies and procedures
• Keep up to date records on the internal CRM system
• Maintain technical knowledge and ongoing professional development requirements

   
Skills & Experience

• Experience providing Financial Planning/Advice to clients
• FASEA education requirements completed
• Clear compliance record
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients/stakeholders
• Experience using financial services software
• Exposure to defined benefits, ideal
