I am working with a large, high-profile Federal Government organisation to find an APS 5 Service Support Officer.

You'll be working as part of the organisation's in-house printing service, which is located in Barton.  There is no need to have prior experience with working in this environment - a willingness to learn and a background with customer service is all that is required!

This is an initial 12 month non-ongoing position with the possibility for a 6 month extension or even an ongoing position!

In this role, you will be provided with all of the training you need to:

  • use a wide range of electronic equipment to meet the printing needs of the Department
  • print and bind information packs, training manuals and booklets
  • use the guillotine to cut documents to size
  • respond to queries regarding printing jobs from internal and external stakeholders
  • to be able to do a basic level of troubleshooting on the printing equipment from time to time
In order to have your application considered, you must:
  • be an Australian citizen
  • have an existing NV1 security clearance - this is not negotiable
  • be willing to work in the office as this is a 100% office-based position
  • be available to commence within the next month
