This full-time role sits right at the centre of the operation, working directly alongside me across sales, client management, and the day-to-day running of the business. What the role involves:Working directly with me across listings, campaigns, and client communications

Managing contracts, compliance documentation, and settlement coordination

Coordinating open homes, appraisal bookings, and vendor reporting

Out-of-office appointments and property visits — a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essentialCRM management and database maintenance

General support as the business scales

What we're looking for:Previous experience in real estate — sales, sales admin, property management, or similar

Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail

Clear communicator who follows through without being chased

Current driver's licence and own vehicle

Current ACT Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)Someone who sees this as a career move, not just a job
