The OrganisationCanberra Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC) is a non-government, not for profit organisation working to eliminate sexual violence against adults and children of all genders. CRCC provides free, professional and confidential counselling and support for victim survivors of sexual violence, and their families, who have experienced any form of sexual violence recently or in the past.
CRCC is seeking a qualified, experienced and values driven Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and executive support. The Executive Assistant will support the efficient coordination of CRCC’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, board meetings and governance, and operational activities, helping to ensure smooth day to day administration, organisation and compliance.
Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level executive, administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The role requires discretion, sound judgement, strong organisational capability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing priorities, coordinating meetings and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of organised, professional, and timely administrative services. The role contributes to a well‑run, trauma‑informed, and values‑aligned workplace that supports CRCC’s broader strategy.
