Disability Personal Care Worker - Complex Needs (Forde Area)
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Disability Personal Care Worker to support a client with complex needs in the Forde area. This role requires a compassionate, skilled individual who can provide high-quality, person-centred care.
 
Roster & Availability

This position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster. Candidates must be available to work across all shift types, including:

  • AM: 0700-1400

    PM: 1400-2100

    ND: 2100-0700

A consistent, ongoing shift schedule will be provided.
 
Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role
  • Two professional references from paid employment
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • A current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. passport or birth certificate)
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum two doses plus booster)
