About the Role
We are seeking a “highly organised” and "motivated" Project Manager / Scheduler to join our family-owned business based in Melba. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires trade knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and upgrade works across a range of residential properties, ensuring all trades and contractors work together efficiently to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule bathroom and kitchen upgrade projects from commencement to completion.
Book, coordinate, and manage multiple trades and contractors for minor maintenance and renovation projects.
Attend site inspections, scope and quote works.
Liaise with clients, tenants, suppliers and tradespeople.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
Prepare schedules, work orders and project documentation.
Manage competing priorities and respond to changing project requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have
Knowledge of the building and maintenance industry.
Previous trade experience or a trade qualification.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with computers and outlook email.
Current driver’s licence.
Clean police record.
The ability to obtain a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
Must have right to work in Australia
