We are seeking highly experienced and driven professionals to join the Finance Service Delivery Branch within the Scheduling Hub.
As a Project Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of programs and projects across the ATO’s investment portfolio. You’ll ensure schedules accurately reflect project costs, resource allocations, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
You will apply deep expertise in project scheduling and forecasting, with an understanding of portfolio governance to ensure project schedules are robust, accurate, and aligned with corporate investment priorities. You’ll be highly experienced in complex problem‑solving, engaging with key business partners to ensure schedules integrate effectively into the wider portfolio.
You’ll lead consistent scheduling practices across diverse initiatives, with the ability to apply these principles to support enterprise investment decision‑making. You’ll lead by example through professional judgment, analytical capability, and a strong focus on organisational outcomes.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt.
We embrace the strength of diversity – through our people and the perspectives they bring.
We are committed to inclusive recruitment practices and encourage applications from people with disability or neurodivergence, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and individuals from all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments can be provided throughout the recruitment process.
