Our Client

Our client is an independently funded statutory corporation responsible for the investment in research, development extension projects and partnerships that deliver sustainable profitability and productivity in the grain industry. They drive the discovery, development, and delivery of world-class innovation in the industry through investment in projects to deliver new and improved grain varieties, farming practices and technologies and capability.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications and governance activities supporting enterprise technology initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving adoption, improving business alignment and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation outcomes.

Your duties will include
  • Leading organisational change management activities including impact assessments, readiness planning, training and adoption measurement
  • Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication strategies across diverse business groups
  • Supporting governance forums, executive reporting, portfolio performance monitoring and risk management activities
  • Acting as the key interface between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change and engagement programs within complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
  • Experience developing communication strategies, frameworks and business-focused messaging
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, reporting and performance measurement practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
