The Opportunity

The Department of Parliamentary Services-Landscape Services is looking to fill the vacant position of Landscape Scheduler.

The Landscape Scheduler reports to the Assistant Director of Landscape Services and provides day‑to‑day workforce planning, sequencing of works and alignment of resources to operational priorities and events.

Key duties include planning and coordinating landscape maintenance activities, developing work schedules, supporting financial and procurement activities and maintaining accurate records and systems including work order data and asset and inventory information.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, effective communication skills, experience in procurement activities, with qualifications and/or knowledge in landscape/horticulture practises.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance.
