LillyPilly Early Education Centre is seeking an exceptional Centre Director to join our leadership team in a shared leadership role at LillyPilly Gordon.

About the role
Working alongside another Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations, culture, and quality of the centre. Together, you will guide and inspire the team, build strong family relationships, and ensure high standards across every aspect of the service.

About you
We are looking for an experienced early childhood professional who is values-driven, collaborative, and passionate about quality education. This role would suit an established leader, or someone ready to take the next step in their leadership journey, such as an experienced Assistant Director or Educational Leader, who is excited by the opportunity to lead within a shared model.
