Construction on Light Rail Stage 2A began in 2025, and CB Civil has played an integral role in delivering key civil infrastructure works for the project. The 1.7km extension from Alinga Street to Commonwealth Park has seen CB Civil contribute to preparing the tram corridor through road and intersection reconstruction, excavation and trenching, utility coordination, drainage and sewer upgrades.
