What's involved
  • Lead and develop multidisciplined teams to care for iconic sites
  • Oversee team activities to maintain efficient and safe operations across your sites
  • Conduct performance reviews and support your team's professional growth
  • Lead toolbox talks to discuss safety updates, share insights, and address issues
  • Foster a culture of camaraderie and collaboration
Client Engagement
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactively engage with client stakeholders and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Maintain high-quality presentation and undertake ongoing improvements to sites
Safety
  • Support and promote safe work practices, further fostering our culture of safety
  • Collaborate with the Safety Team on incidents and the implementation of corrective actions
Operational Management
  • Manage staff leave to maintain service delivery
  • Monitor and report on labour hours
  • Produce and present operational reports and updates to management
What you'll bring
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or other relevant trade certificate
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role where you have managed, motivated and developed teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with overseeing and monitoring labour hours
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • White Card
  • Working With Vulnerable People
  • National Police check
  • Valid Drivers' license
