Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepali cuisine, including momo, dal bhat, thukpa, curries, and regional specialties.
• Develop and maintain menu items that reflect traditional Nepalese flavors.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
