About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you are obsessed with the perfect extraction, have a keen palate, and take pride in delivering a consistently excellent cup of coffee, we want to meet you!
In this role, you won't just be serving coffee—you will be an essential part of maintaining our quality standards, from calibrating our equipment to ensuring every drink meets our house recipes.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control: Dial in espresso shots throughout the day to ensure optimal extraction and flavor profiles.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily calibration and cleaning of commercial espresso machines and grinders.
Recipe Management: Prepare and follow drink recipes accurately, ensuring consistency in every cup.
Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels for the coffee bar, including regular ordering of milk, coffee beans, and all essential bar supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, efficient service while sharing your coffee knowledge with our patrons.
Workflow: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation during peak hours.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines and grinders (dialing in is second nature to you).
Precision: An eye for detail and the ability to follow specific brew recipes and ratios.
Team Player: A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for specialty coffee.
