About Xaana

Xaana is a specialist talent partner supporting growing organisations across enterprise, transformation, and professional services. As we expand our footprint, we are building a dedicated finance contracting capability to support IT finance leaders with high-quality interim talent. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to partner with us in delivering finance and IT contract placements.

The Role

You will lead the identification, engagement, and placement of finance contractors across key mandates. This is a commercially driven, external partnership role suited to someone confident in building and managing a contract desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and place high-quality finance and IT contractors Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (brief through to onboarding)

  • Develop and nurture strong contractor networks

  • Partner with Xaana leadership to grow and shape the contracting practice

  • Support rate negotiations and contract structuring Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience

  • Maintain consistent pipeline management and performance reporting

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years agency recruitment experience

  • Strong background in finance and/or IT contract recruitment

  • Existing contractor network (highly desirable) Proven billing performance in a contract environment

  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills Self-driven, autonomous, and growth-oriented
