We're on the lookout for a talented Software Developer!

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our multidisciplinary team and build high-quality digital solutions for our diverse range of clients.

AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED (may require security clearance for certain projects)

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React for frontend development

Strong proficiency in Python and Django for backend development

Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment

Understanding of RESTful API design and development

Experience with Git

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Understanding of agile development methodologies

Knowledge of Azure cloud services

Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with collaboration tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Miro)

Experience working remotely with distributed teams

Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and workflows

Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles

Experience with database design and optimization

Key Responsibilities
Development & Delivery

Design, develop, and maintain web APIs and frontend applications using modern technologies

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best practices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards

Collaborate with delivery managers and designers to implement user‑focused solutions

Technical Collaboration

Work effectively within multidisciplinary team

Share knowledge and mentor other developers to foster a collaborative learning environment

Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions

Document technical solutions and maintain clear communication with team members

Problem Solving

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively

Identify technical risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development approaches
