Our client is a globally recognised cyber security organisation delivering advanced security products and capabilities to government, defence and intelligence customers worldwide.

As Product Engineering Manager, you will lead a portfolio of highly specialised software products while managing and mentoring globally distributed engineering teams. Working closely with technical leaders, researchers and stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving product direction, delivery outcomes and engineering excellence across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams across multiple locations
• Own product priorities, delivery outcomes and strategic direction for assigned product lines
• Work with stakeholders to balance customer requirements, commercial objectives and technical considerations
• Support technical teams in overcoming engineering challenges and delivery risks
• Contribute to resource planning, team growth and capability development
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture

About You:
• Demonstrated experience leading software engineering or cyber security teams
• Strong background in software development, engineering management or cyber security
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and delivery methodologies
• Exposure to offensive cyber security, cyber product development or defence environments will be highly regarded
• Current security clearance ideally NV1 or higher
