Project Support Officer – ICT Platforms & Digital Workstreams

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Support Officer to provide operational and project support across digital platforms and ICT workstreams. This role will suit someone with strong organisation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support BAU and project teams across reporting, service coordination, operational readiness and project closure activities.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months non-ongoing, with a 6-month extension option and potential for ongoing
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required
Closing Date: 10 July 2026
Essential Tasks:

• Support ICT platform and digital workstreams within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain and review SOPs, project documentation, registers and reporting updates.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities with BAU and project teams.
• Support lessons-learned, project closure and service coordination activities.

Key Criteria:

• Strong project organisation and documentation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Previous experience working with BAU and project teams.
• Familiarity with project delivery tools, Cloud MDM or EUC environments is desirable.
