Overview

Casual teaching positions in the School of Engineering and Technology (SET) at UNSW Canberra (ADFA). Roles include casual lecturers, lab demonstrators, tutors and markers delivering face‑to‑face, online or intensive delivery mode (IDM) teaching.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality teaching across designated courses.
  • Support students through lectures, tutorials, assessments and online learning activities.
  • Prepare teaching materials and mark assignments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines within the integrated teaching team.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Australian working rights or citizenship (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Relevant experience as a tutor, demonstrator, marker or lecturer in one or more of the core capability areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to submit an expression of interest (EOI) through the UNSW portal and indicate preferred courses.
  • Will comply with pre‑employment checks as outlined in the Position Description.
