Property Manager

$75,000 Base Salary + Super + Car Allowance + Company Phone

Momentum Property is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our North Office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6–12 months of property management experience who is looking to take ownership of their own portfolio while continuing to develop their skills within a supportive and experienced team environment.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and company procedures.

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties

• Conducting routine, final and vacate inspections

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing rental arrears and rent reviews

• Preparing leases and property management documentation

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Maintaining accurate records and file notes

• Attending ACAT hearings when required

• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

• Current ACT Real Estate Registration (essential)

• 6–12 months property management experience or similar

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• $75,000 base salary
