About UsCatholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).
The Archdiocesan Schools Office provides a range of services to the system through four directorates including Faith in Learning, School Operations, Corporate Services and Governance and Strategy.
About the RoleThe Procurement and Contract Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Commercial Manager and broader procurement function. The incumbent is responsible for preparing procurement documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting contract and supplier management activities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
This position contributes to the delivery of efficient, transparent, and value-for-money procurement outcomes across the organisation. It involves regular engagement with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, track procurement timelines, and assist in reporting and audit preparation.
