The opportunity:We're hiring across multiple P3M roles to support the SSN-AUKUS program, one of Australia's most consequential sovereign capability programs. These positions sit at the heart of Australia's nuclear-powered submarine acquisition effort, contributing directly to program governance, integrated planning, and schedule integrity across a complex, trilateral delivery environment.
Roles
Program Manager (Level 4): Lead the development and assurance of the SSN-AUKUS program planning artefact suite, including PES, IPMP, TEMP, and FIC plans. Drive integrated performance reporting, cross-functional integration, and support Government submissions and senior leadership decision-making in a high-tempo trilateral environment.
Project Schedule Manager (Level 3)Develop and maintain the Phase 3 Integrated Master Schedule using Open Plan Professional, drawing on inputs from internal teams, Defence industry partners, and trilateral Government partners. Conduct critical path and schedule-health analysis, integrate schedule risks, and provide evidence-based scheduling advice to senior leadership. You'll also mentor and uplift ASA scheduling capability over the duration of the engagement.
Project Support Officers x2 (Level 2)Provide project coordination and administrative support to program teams, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting discipline, and contributing to governance compliance and assurance activities.
What we're looking for:Active NV1 security clearance (minimum)Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, public administration, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in Defence or major Commonwealth capability programsFamiliarity with ODCS, ASDEFCON, or Defence governance frameworks (highly regarded)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to operate effectively under pressure across competing priorities in a complex, multi-partner environment
