Retail Store Manager - Canberra

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra Tea-m.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives in premium customer environments and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the store

• Delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance

• Coaching and developing a knowledgeable and engaged team

• Visual merchandising and maintaining premium store presentation

• Rostering, stock management and operational excellence

• Achieving sales and rostering targets

• Creating a warm, welcoming and professional in-store experience
  

About You

You are an experienced retail leader with a passion for customer experience, team development and premium retail standards.

You will bring:

• Previous retail management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• A hands-on and positive leadership style

• A genuine passion for tea, hospitality or specialty retail

• The ability to inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day

Experience in premium retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, homewares or specialty food environments will be highly regarded.
