We are looking for compassionate and driven Employment Pathways Mentors to support our customers on their journey to meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You’ll provide tailored mentoring, promote inclusive practices, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-employment preparation to work.

We have full time and part time opportunities available in a range of locations - including Phillip and Belconnen. Travel to other sites in the region will be required to ensure service delivery for our customers and stakeholders.  Workdays fall within standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of customers under the IEA contract
  • Develop and maintain individualised support plans aligned with customer goals
  • Deliver person-centred servicing tailored to individual capacity and aspirations
  • Collaborate with Work Preparation Mentors and Workforce Solutions Consultants
  • Facilitate warm handovers to In Work Mentors upon employment commencement
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to support readiness and engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet IEA compliance requirements
  • Promote inclusive employment practices and accessible service delivery
  • Represent Personnel Employment with professionalism and empathy

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in mentoring, employment services, or disability support
  • Strong understanding of inclusive employment and person-centred approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor support effectively
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong administrative skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful employment outcomes
  • Compliance-ready: Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People check,  and Driver’s License
