This is a hands-on position offering a mix of projects, installs, and service work — ideal for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to step up.

• Working across installation, service, and project-based HVAC work
• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions
• Interpreting plans and carrying out high-quality installations
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior techs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Representing the business professionally on-site

• Holds Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Has ARCTick & Restricted Electrical Licence
• Has solid experience across both service and install work
• Can work independently and take ownership on-site
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and problem-solving
• Has a proactive, “get it done right” attitude

Requirements:
✔ White Card
✔ Driver’s Licence
✔ Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with unrestricted working rights in Australia. Applicants requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.
