We are seeking dedicated Publishing Officers to join our Public Advice and Guidance team.

As a Publishing Officer, you will support the preparation and coordination of public advice and guidance for publication.

Your work will focus on formatting documents into publication-ready products, applying ATO standards for style, citations and references and meet accessibility guidelines. You will undertake these tasks under supervision, with some autonomy and accountability for accuracy and consistency.

You will also:
  • liaise with authoring teams regarding document changes
  • manage competing priorities and deadlines successfully
  • perform straightforward tagging activities
  • maintain accurate records
  • complete quality and integrity checks
  • provide administrative support to the public advice and guidance system.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Canberra, Newcastle or Parramatta.
