Who are we?

We are a locally owned & run French artisan bakery. At 4 years old, we are established in Canberra with five shops. With a focus on delivering high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and cakes, delivering the perfect experience is part of our identity.

About the role

We are looking for a Baker or Pastry chef to be a part of our Hume production site. In this role, you will be at the heart of our production, responsible for crafting high quality products like sourdough bread, pastries, and pies, that reflect our commitment to the art and beauty of this work.

You’ll work alongside a small team that thrives on collaboration, open communication, and pride in their work. If you enjoy an environment where technique, creativity, and consistency matter, you’ll feel right at home here.

The role is on a shift time rotation base and involves early starts, so comfort with morning shifts is essential.

  • Have previous experience being a Baker or a Pastry Chef.

  • Handle early starts and physical tasks comfortably.
