  • Assisting with homework and educational activities.

  • Providing tutoring support twice per week in accordance with learning plans and guidance from parents and teachers.

  • Preparing light snacks for the children.

  • Assisting with minor household tasks related to the children's care and activities.

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, responsibility and positive behaviour.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience working with school-aged children.

  • Qualifications in Education, Teaching, Learning Support, Childcare or a related field, or demonstrated experience providing tutoring or educational support.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • A patient, positive and engaging approach with children and teenagers.

  • A current driver's licence and clean driving record.

  • A current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration or the ability to obtain one.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience.

  • Consistent part-time hours Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible arrangements to suit the right applicant.

  • Newly renovated private self-contained accommodation available on the farm, including utilities.

  • New electric vehicle available for work-related transportation.

  • A welcoming, respectful and supportive family environment.

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives, education and development of three wonderful children.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume together with a brief cover letter outlining:
