With continued growth across the Canberra market, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Truck Operator to join their team in a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, customer interaction, and local deliveries.

The Opportunity

This role offers a great mix of warehouse responsibilities and truck driving, ensuring no two days are the same.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring products are safely prepared, loaded, delivered, and received while maintaining the high level of service customers have come to expect.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be trusted to operate independently while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Local deliveries throughout the Canberra region
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Receiving and storing incoming stock
Operating warehouse equipment and machinery
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Assisting customers and supporting branch operations when required
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

Current Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
Experience driving manual transmission trucks
Previous experience within warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics or industrial environments
Strong understanding of safe loading and unloading practices
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Forklift Licence highly regarded

Salary and Benefits

Base $60,000 + Overtime (6-10hr Weekly) + Super 12 %
