$30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)

About Us

WATTS Growin' is a locally owned and operated gardening and landscaping business servicing residential, commercial, strata, aged care and government clients throughout the Canberra and Queanbeyan region.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Gardener / Groundsperson to join our team.

We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, professional presentation, well-maintained equipment and creating great outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and edging

• General garden maintenance

• Hedge trimming and pruning

• Weed control and spraying

• Mulching and planting

• Garden clean-ups

• Property maintenance

• Operating a range of commercial gardening equipment

• Assisting with landscaping projects when required

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver Licence

• Reliable, punctual and well presented

• Physically fit and capable of outdoor work

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

Preferred but Not Essential

• Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance

• White Card

• Chemical Users Accreditation (ACDC)

• Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card

• First Aid Certificate

• Experience operating commercial gardening equipment
