We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced MR Truck Driver & Warehouse Operator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between road transport and warehouse logistics. You will be the face of our business on the road, ensuring safe and timely deliveries across the ACT and regional NSW, while also supporting our daily warehouse operations.

At SolarHub we believe in a work life balance and therefore all employees work a 9 day fortnight. Enjoy every second Friday off!

Here's what you'll do:

  • Safely operate a Medium Rigid (MR) truck to deliver goods across the ACT, Illawarra, and South Coast warehouses.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently. Load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift.

  • Adhere to all chain of responsibility (CoR) regulations, pre-start vehicle checks, and workplace health and safety standards.

  • Assist with stock takes, receiving inwards goods, and maintaining an organised warehouse environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Licences:

    • A valid, current Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (or higher) with a clean driving record.

    • A valid Forklift licence with proven operating experience.

  • Strong background in regional driving and a solid understanding of warehouse workflows (receiving, dispatch, and internal systems).

  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting/manual handling as required.

  • A self-starter who is punctual, reliable, and able to work autonomously on long distance regional routes.

To Apply

To apply please submit resume and a cover letter outlining why you are the perfect candidate for this position.
