Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealand's leading accident repair network, with 60+ sites and a reputation for setting the standard in smash repair technology. We're looking for a qualified Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

You'll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop using industry-leading repair technology to bring damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition — efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:

  • Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
  • Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable
  • Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards
  • Working to repair scope and time targets
  • Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the repair process
  • Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Panel Beating (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Proven experience in a smash repair environment
  • Ability to work efficiently to scope without compromising quality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player
  • Full working rights in Australia

What's on offer:

  • Permanent full-time role — weekends off, every time
  • Guaranteed overtime
  • Your own spacious work bay
  • Uniforms, tools of trade, and ongoing training
  • I-CAR training and development pathways
  • Weekly lunches and monthly team celebrations
  • Staff discounts on parts and tools
  • Referral bonus up to $2,000
  • Promotion from within — we back people who want to grow
  • Guaranteed Christmas shutdown

If you're a qualified Panel Beater who wants consistent work, good conditions, and a company that invests in its people — we'd like to hear from you.
